·         Member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (INACHI)
·         Certified Commercial Inspector
·         Building Green Certified
·         Mold Certified IAC2
·         FEMA Certified
·         Department of Homeland Security/ FBI fingerprint and background check with results of "favorable determination"
·         Abide by INACHI Code of Ethics. I assure you, I will provide you with an honest home inspection service so you can make an informed decision. I will not compromise your inspection to promote the sale of the home.
·         Abide by INACHI Standards of Practice
·         Will not leave the inspection site until all your questions have been answered.
·         I use a high-tech Infrared Therometer with a Laser Pointer which will measure heat in the electrical system in your home (normally any electrical problem will produce heat)
·         State of the art digital moisture meter (non-invasive no unsightly holes are left in your walls or tile grout lines). Ideal for checking for leaks in showers and bathtub, toilets, and roofs. Also useful for foundations.
