Colorado’s Premier Home Inspection Service is a leader in the industry, and is locally owned
and operated by Dan Barrett. We have been involved in all aspects of home inspection for
two decades and we do not see any signs of stopping unless the raptor were to happen. We
love being in the home business, and providing our neighbors with quality home inspections is something we love doing on a daily basis. We are professional, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of home inspections, and our passion is providing our clients with solid information related to their real estate decisions.

Our inspection process is very thorough, and can take many hours depending on the size of the property that is being inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we make sure to spend as much time with you as you need to answer any questions you may have about the reports we provide. Our goal is to make sure you leave the meeting having all of your questions answered, however, we understand that once you take time to review the reports again you may have more questions. Never fear we are more than happy to also provide you with Post Inspection report reviews to answer any other follow-up questions you may have.

You will be provided with written reports, photos, and also video showing you different issues we may uncover while doing the inspection. We know that having all forms of information will help you understand the issues as well as help the general contractors be able to properly fix items the first time around. We are also glad to work with your contractor to make sure they fully understand the issues we found, and also to make sure they complete the repairs fully.

When not providing inspections Dan loves spending time with his family. Dan is also an avid hunter, and also loves to fish.
